No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items purchased from Bxfrox. Once your order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for any items. Please review your selections carefully, including sizes, before completing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team contact.bxfrox@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution, which could include sending a replacement, adjustment or issuing a store credit, depending on the circumstances. After the 3 days period, you will no longer be eligible for the solutions listed out.

Sizing and Fit: To avoid sizing issues, please consult our sizing guide before placing an order or leave your custom measurements in the notes when you checkout. Bxfrox is not responsible for any items that do not fit as expected. We strongly recommend double-checking measurements to ensure you select the right size.

Custom or Sale Items: Custom or sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
